What You'll Do:
As a Customer Care Advisor, your tasks include:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Juggling multiple channels efficiently
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Booking air, car, and hotel reservations using AmTrav's proprietary system
- Adhering to sales procedures and policies
- Recording vital customer data for future reference
- Promoting hotel and car rental upgrades
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the airline industry to provide accurate information
- Cultivating positive relationships with colleagues, management, and partners
Who Should Apply:
We're seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:
- A passion for travel and delivering excellent service
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- Preferably, previous experience in the travel industry
- Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
- A strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge and growth
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient oral and written communication skills

- Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs

Salary:
Hourly rates start at $22, with potential increases based on experience. There's also a weekend bonus available after 6 months, and ample opportunities for salary growth within our multi-tier support team.
Work Schedule and Training:
Most new hires will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday initially, with primarily evening shifts thereafter. Some may opt for 4-day 10-hour shifts. Training occurs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST, lasting 10-12 weeks and is fully paid.
