What You'll Do:

As a Customer Care Advisor, your tasks include:

  1. Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat
  2. Juggling multiple channels efficiently
  3. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Booking air, car, and hotel reservations using AmTrav's proprietary system
  5. Adhering to sales procedures and policies
  6. Recording vital customer data for future reference
  7. Promoting hotel and car rental upgrades
  8. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the airline industry to provide accurate information
  9. Cultivating positive relationships with colleagues, management, and partners

Who Should Apply:

We're seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:

  1. A passion for travel and delivering excellent service
  2. At least 4 years of customer service experience
  3. Preferably, previous experience in the travel industry
  4. Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
  5. A strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge and growth

  3. Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs

Salary:

Hourly rates start at $22, with potential increases based on experience. There's also a weekend bonus available after 6 months, and ample opportunities for salary growth within our multi-tier support team.

Work Schedule and Training:

Most new hires will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday initially, with primarily evening shifts thereafter. Some may opt for 4-day 10-hour shifts. Training occurs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST, lasting 10-12 weeks and is fully paid.
