When booking your own personal travel, you would use your credit card. When booking travel for clients, the best way to make payments is through your client's credit or gift card, as you can process the payment directly on the supplier's site. KHM Travel Group's Independent Contractor Agreement and Seller of Travel Laws prohibit you from collecting into your bank account then making payments with your personal or business card, or processing client credit cards directly (via Square or PayPal, for example).

Hi Sheila. As independent contractors, our travel agents may choose to charge planning fees. We do not process service fees in states with Seller of Travel Laws, therefore, agents residing in or that have clients in these states cannot charge a fee. Agents may increase commission though a supplier which will be subject to a commission split with KHM Travel Group. We strongly encourage you to check into the laws governing sellers of travel for the state in which you conduct business.
