This is a new Career for me. Jerry and Tricia have made the "Onboarding" simple and easy to follow. The classes are great. The information on line is easy to learn and then explain to clients. In the beginning, I had many questions and Tricia was quick to provide answers and advise on how to handle the issues. I really enjoy working with the clients and the team makes me happy to promote all the opportunities, offers and specials to help enhance the clients experience. I have been with Carlisle/Davisville Travel for almost a year and could not be happier. I was initially skeptical, thinking it was too good to be true because there was no fee as other agencies are charging, but after speaking with Tricia Lenington and Jerry Saxe, I was very excited to get started!

I came in with no training in January of 2023 when I found Host Week 2023 and logged in to listen to the agency reps. As soon as Tricia began talking about Carlisle Travel I immediately began researching any information I could find online and sent an email. Within the first few days I was signed up for agency orientation, guided through where to find education modules, shown resources and tools and Tricia was always available to answer questions. And even though I am in the northeast and they are in the southwest, for the very first time in three years I felt like I was not alone! Jerry was so amazing helping me with my bio and getting me positioned in the google-search feeds that I received my first email and phone call leads within 2 weeks of signing my contract. And within my first month of signing I had very my first sale ever as a travel agent. I had spent almost two whole years with a company that offered an outdated back office for $500/year and no training or even an explanation of how to use their back office. I truly wish I had found Carlisle Travel 2 years sooner!
